A client asked us to preserve a freshly completed Wentworth Extra Difficult puzzle—famous for its quirky, curved edges. We designed a custom frame that mirrors every contour and locks the puzzle securely in place. Using precise laser cutting, we created an inner cradle that supports the pieces without adhesives, then finished it with a clean, gallery-style surround for long-term display.
